Direction Mode, Firmware Update, etc, etc With the discontinued Vicon VMD the MTI-16CD-VMD has been proven to
give better performance plus with the added features of multi-screen
output, built in 16X3 Mini Matrix and full PC Programming and Control
Software included. Options include the AL-16 for independent alarm
outputs and a remote keyboard 1/1/2007 Released VMD1004 a four camera video motion detector with 4 position video switcher. Designed for the low power application this full function switcher with alarm output has the power of 4 VMD1001 in one small case. DS-LAN Adapter -- The DS-LAN allows connection of either the DS1-PL or DS16 rack to any Ethernet LAN using Cat 5 cabling. In conjunction with our DSVMD sofware and included cables the connection is seemless. User programming of the adapter IP is done via any laptop via the serial port. Once programmed it is stored in nonvolatile memory permanently. 3/21/2005 Price Decrease DS1-PL / DS1-SPL New Features PTZ Mode - This mode allows the use of Pan/Tilt/Zoom cameras while operating in the VMD mode. The unit electronically monitors the entire video image and if the entire screen is moving simultaneously then this is determined to be a PTZ moving. The VMD is disabled until the PTZ comes to rest and then enables the VMD function after a programmable period of time. Tracking Modes - The popular "Trace" modes of the DS1-PL have been enhance to allow motion tracking to be displayed and saved on the screen. Unlike other units that have arrows or boxes we actually display the form outline of the motion tracking target, so the user can easily identify friend or foe and travel direction. TCP/IP LAN Compatibility - The DS1-PL and DS-16 Rack now can be easily added to networked systems via the new LAN adapter. This adds convenience and flexibility in large enterprise or proprietary systems. DSVMD - New and improved features of the powerful Windows based programming and control software. Fully compatible with our TCP/IP LAN and interface and included with at no additional charge. Watchdog Timer Output - The DS1-Pl can be programmed to give a periodic signal output to inform other equipment the VMD is continuously online via this hardware signal. The DS1-PL always had a Watchdog timer input to monitor other equipment when they are operational via our Alarm input function. Video Loss Mode - This mode has added some programming features to make the video loss mode more flexible when interfacing with other equipment down the line. Alarm Process - The alarm modes have also been enhanced to allow for dwell or timed modes for ease in interfacing to other alarming devices. Released: 1/18/2002 Coming 1st Quarter 2002 New DTT Features - The proven DTT Date Time Titler is now available in a new wide voltage range 7-24 VAC or VDC for all CCTV applications. The low power design will still operate with a single 9VDC battery and also be integrated into 24VAC systems. A background border of the inserted characters is now jumper programmable to allow for better character viewing in all CCTV scenes. A new version of the DTT has been released, the DTT-NTD which is titling only with no Time or Date with all the new features above included. The new slim look and modern styling along with the new reduced pricing will make this multiplexer a popular model. With the Video Motion Detection and Video Activity Detection working simultaneously with the proven DigiSpec VMD Technology, this unit has superior motion detection of any of the competition. Both NTSC / PAL and 100-240 VAC Auto Detection makes this single unit operate anywhere and major distributors need only stock one model. Not only is it a multiplexer but a capture device of the Digital Image for downloading. With the included MS Link software allows image management on a PC for Hard Disk archiving, Telephone or Internet Image transmission or Digital Enhancement. Look for the new accessories to follow with remote keyboards to operate PTZ cameras, Direct Modem connection for low cost remote site surveillance and add in Cash Register or ATM interfaces. DS-20-OF Open Frame Rack - DigiSpec has release the new low cost open frame 5 ¼" (3U) 19" rack that can accommodate PCB level VMD cards with no backplane. This rack accepts the DS1-S, DS1-SPL, VMD1001S, and DTTS PCBs with up to 20 cards per rack. The stylish rack is computer beige color with a magnetic latch front door. The internal card guides adjust to fit the above PCBs or any other card size, up to 4.5" in height. The PCBs will be held in place with the included card retaining strips while the user will make the normal connection to each card in the rear. |
